Available on 1st and 2nd week of the month. Coffee selections will be rotated every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month.

200g Filter Roast
Aroma of strawberries and lavender, coupled with pink guava sweetness. A boozy impression and a jackfruit aftertaste.

Farm: Primrose S.P. PLC
Origin: Guji, Adola, Mesina

Altitude: 2200 - 2300 masl

Varietal: Local Landraces & JARC 74 selections

Processing: Long Anaerobic Fermentation

Anaerobic fermentation is a process widely used in wine production and it requires an oxygen-free environment. The coffee fermented within these ideally sealed environments is first pulped, and then fermented for 120 hours. The anaerobic environment slows down the yeast and bacteria activity, which is why it takes so much longer than a more “traditional” aerobic fermentation. This fermentation allows for a new taste profile from the same coffee, albeit higher risks.

This exceptional Natural Process coffee was dry milled and exported by Primrose, PLC. The coffee was grown by smallholder farmers living around the kebele (town) of Gomoro in the Oromia Region.

Do note that the coffee will be dispatched in whole beans only, unless stated otherwise.
